Refund Policy

Last updated: February 26, 2026

At Everymathia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your learning experience. If you are not happy with your subscription, we offer a straightforward refund process as outlined below.

1. Overview

We offer a 30-day refund window from the date of your initial subscription purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the platform for any reason within this period, you may request a full refund of your most recent subscription payment.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The refund request is made within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • The request is for the most recent billing cycle only
  • The account has not been previously refunded for the same subscription period

3. How to Request a Refund

You can request a refund through either of the following methods:

  • Email: Send a refund request to refunds@everymathia.com with your account email and reason for the request
  • Contact Form: Use the contact form on our website and select "Refund Request" as the subject

Please include your registered email address and a brief description of why you are requesting a refund. We may reach out for additional information to process your request.

4. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued
  • Your subscription will be cancelled and access will revert to the free trial tier

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date
  • Partial month or partial year refunds (e.g., cancelling mid-cycle)
  • Accounts that have been suspended due to a violation of our Terms of Service
  • Previous billing cycles (only the most recent payment is eligible)

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

It is important to understand the difference between cancellation and a refund:

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through the "Manage Billing" option in your account settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be made.
  • Refund: A refund returns the payment for the most recent billing cycle. Once processed, your access is immediately reverted to the free trial tier.
